PHASE 1:

  • COMPETITION PROCEDURE: It will consist of the evaluation of the general, academic, and military merits accredited by the applicants. (See appendix 8 of the bases).
  • Aptitude test: The aptitude tests to be applied will measure verbal, numerical, spatial, mechanical, perceptual, memory, and abstract reasoning aptitude factors, which will allow, as indicated below, to assign each applicant a unique and identical score for all the positions they apply for. DEVELOPMENT: The psychotechnical tests for Troop and Navy are questionnaires in which you will be presented with a series of questions about 7 different aptitudes. More specifically, we are talking about 15 questions for each of the aptitudes, which you must answer in no more than 7 minutes.
  • This makes a total of 105 problems that will seek to test your skills and logical and behavioral abilities. In this sense, you must reason through all of them, although it is also about responding quickly and immediately, as you must demonstrate that you can solve mental processes quickly yet safely.
  • PHYSICAL TESTS: It will include the Aptitude test, from which the applicant's opposition score is obtained.

PHASE 1:

  • The Personality Test. (Bring a blue or black pen, carry the ID)
  • The medical examination. (See the bases)
  • The physical aptitude tests. Personnel classified as "Fit" in the medical examination must pass the physical aptitude tests determined in appendix 4. During their execution, the doctor must be present at the Selection Center. The rating of the physical aptitude tests will be "Fit," at one of the levels established in the aforementioned appendix, or "Not Fit." If in any of the positions included in the application the required level of physical aptitude is not reached, it will be annulled for all purposes, and the order of preference established in the notification of the result of the First Phase of appendix 13 will remain unchanged. Those who are "Not Fit" will be disqualified from the selection process, and this rating will be notified to them by the Recruitment Area Manager where they have taken the physical aptitude tests.
