To participate in the selection process, applicants must meet the following requirements before the deadline for submitting applications:

• Spanish nationality.
• Be eighteen years of age.
• Minimum height of 1.65 meters for men and 1.60 meters for women. Applicants who are career officers of any Local Police Force in Andalucía are exempt from the height requirement.
• Commitment to carry weapons and use them when legally required.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree, Higher Technician in Vocational Training, or equivalent.
• Not having been convicted of a willful crime, nor separated from the service of the State, Autonomous, Local, or Institutional Administration, nor disqualified from exercising public functions. However, the benefit of rehabilitation will be applicable, in accordance with criminal and administrative regulations, if justified by the interested party.
• Possession of driving licenses for classes A2 and B.
• Commitment to drive police vehicles, in accordance with the previous section.
