How is the exam

It is divided into two phases: 1st opposition / 2nd competition.

Opposition phase:


  • delivery and agent/classification or customer service positions (these are two different exams, with the option to take both «double opportunity»).
  • Maximum score of 63 points, with each question valued at 0.63 points.
  • 110-question multiple-choice questionnaire with 4 options, errors do not deduct points. Scored based on 100 questions.
  • Test structure:
  • 90 questions on the syllabus, 10 psychotechnical questions, and 10 reserve questions. Time: 110 minutes.


Competition phase:

Individual merits are evaluated.
